had this headset less than 5 months, bought from best buy, and i havent had a whole lot of problems (other than the microphone being about as good as a $5 temu one.) and as of yesterday, the headset adjustment broke mid game. the headset is always rested on a flat surface, never stretched, so i cannot believe this would happen from normal use. its right on the thinnest part on the 3 dash on the right headphone
Just double checked Best Buys date for pickup, and yeah, not even a full 5 months old.
p2, it actually ended up snapping off in its entirity when setting it down
