So randomly, my kraken v4, not the pro version, just lost the left side. In Windows there is no balance button as seen in the picture. How can I fix this issue?
I already updated the Firmware, restarted my pc 5 times, and tried to pair the bluetooth. The last time this happened it sort of fixed itself after a month of not having my left side. I really do not want to do that again.

Let me assist you with your headset. Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue with your left ear cup.
