I have a problem with the mic, when I have to push the mic in, it gets stuck a few centimeters away from sitting all the way in, the plastic around it is pulled along so that the plastic itself is pulled along and becomes like a stop. it will be better for the time being if you oil the plastic with them, you are not supposed to oil a headset for it to work, how should I go about making a claim or getting them fixed

same exact problem here, and blowing into where to mic goes had it working like brand new (even though ive had the headset for less then a week)
Bit of a late reply buti have the same issue. So i opened mine up to see why. It seems that when pushing the mic back in the rubber tube around the mic arm causes friction between it and the headphone case. Causing it to be impossible or near impossible to get back it. As when I manually retract it using the wheel its attached to, it doesn't cause this friction. So it seems like its a design flaws that razer somehow missed when going through testing of this product.
