Kraken v4 | not charging

Hi, I have a problem with my Razer Kraken v4 headset. About a year after I bought them, I started having problems with charging. They were randomly disconnecting while plugged via USB, which caused PC to freeze or sound stopped working until I reset the PC. At first they weren't charging only via USB, then problem occured also while charging through electrical outlet. It sometimes starts working when I manipulate the earpads and they lie in the right angle, sometimes nothing but praying to the Old Gods helps. They randomly stop charging at 50% and show 80+ after unplugging or appear as charging in Synapse but it's not or charge really slowly. I tried different wire, reinstalling Synapse and sound drivers, plugging Kraken to other device - nothing.
I bought them from polish reseller and contacted them first, but they told me to contact Razer directly (which is strange to me; earlier other shops always handled warranty claims and I didn't have to do anything). I bought the headset in October 2024 so they're still on warranty, but I have no idea what to do now, since reseller's not really helpful.
