Kraken V4 (not pro) RGB/LED deactivation bug/problem

Hello,

I have already performed the firmware update (RZ04-0517, Firmware v1.2.3_r1), but the issue still persists.

I disabled the LED/RGB in Synapse (I've tried both Synapse 3 and 4). However, after turning off the headset and then turning it back on, the LED is on, even though Synapse still shows it as being off.

Please address this issue. It's a $200 headset, and it should function correctly.

    Yes i also have this issue since month and both firmware updates didnt fix it… maybe they saved the memory chip of the headset settings? O_o i dont get it….
