After recent firmware update after I unplug Kraken v4 PRO from wire it changes from USB Game profile which is fine to wireless (Razer Kraken V4 Pro - Game) audio profile which hangs EVERY application which reproduces sound like Spotify, Chrome etc. Only manual change to Chat audio profile and app relaunch gets back the sound.
My firmware version is 1.6.3.0
Win version Windows 11 Pro (all drivers are updated so don’t even start you update drivers mantra).
Scenario is very straight forward and easy to reproduce, so please fix it asap because it’s very much annoying.
