Kraken V4 Pro Left ear audio barely working

I have had this headset for less than six months. I have reinstalled synapse and nothing appears to be working. I did nothing to create this issue or altered with any of the settings of the headset. This started occurring after I had the headset charging for some time.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your Razer Kraken V4 Pro’s left ear audio. To help us narrow this down, can you share a bit more detail:

  1. Does the issue happen on all apps and games, or only in specific ones?
  2. Have you tried the headset on a different PC or device, and does the left ear still sound very low there as well?
  3. In Synapse and in Windows sound settings, is the left/right balance set to center?
  4. Does the issue persist whether you’re using THX/Spatial audio on or off?
  5. Did anything unusual happen while it was charging (for example, sudden disconnects, cable being pulled, or very high temperature)?
