Kraken V4 Pro no sound or left Ear sound couple months old

i am having the same problem after just buying my headset on 10/20/25 (currently 10/23/25). It sometimes crackles slightly when there's too much bass with haptics on (even on the lowest setting), or fades out sound entirely out of the left ear. It’s been pretty difficult to replicate despite it happening too frequently to ignore. 

Sorry your having same problem! it is a 400$ headset too when I purchased!, My haptics did the crackle to at first then went away!, But My left ear fades and it seems like all the sound is sent to the right ear, I can faintly hear on left sucks when playing Tarkov and shooters when you depend on footsteps not to die!

So I had figured out the problem, it was 100% a hardware issue. If I grabbed the left ear cup at all to take off the headset it would go out completely. I was able to return the headset and exchange it out for a new set, which so far works 10 x better than the initial set. If I have any problems I'll come back to this thread.
