Hey guys,
If you continue to experience the issue with your hub, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team. Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
