Hi i just bought the kraken v4 pro today and everything works well except the screensaver i’m trying to have it off but it kind of reverse to the razer logo after some time i’ve tried everything the hub and headset are up to date i’ve selected no screensaver in synapse but it comes back and even tho no screensaver is selected in synapse i need to manually go in the hub setting and select screensaver off i just tested it and it seems everytime i turn the headset off and back on the screensaver goes back to razer logo instead of staying off like it was before it was turned off

Hi community and Razer team.
I have same issue. My screensaver wont change or even cant turn it off. Today i tried new March firmware update but nothing changed. My screen is showing this wallpaper and cant change anything.
Changing was working first day after i purchased headset, but not working anymore.
Thank you for any tip or trick how to solve this.
I have the same issue with my kraken V4 PRO headset. the razer logo always shows up even when I change the screensaver or turn it off, it’s kind of annoying that I keep seeing this logo, I tried the recent firmware update and re-pairing my headset to the dock, but I still get the same result. even if I set the screensaver through the dock itself or the synapse app. I hope someone has a solution to this because it’s kind of disappointing a $400 dollar headset even has an issue with the screensavers.
Got the same problem here , impossible to see the picture I chose or the PC information. It’s impossible to display any other screen saver (like the snake etc). Please patch that razer. Very annoying problem.
i had a similar issue and i was not able to change the screensaver and sometimes wouldnt respond to what i changed in synapse and it also looked like this when i changed the volume and other stuff using the knob it also seemed very zoomed out on the screen or like it wasnt scaled properly. good to know im not the only one with this issue though.
mine looked like this when changing the volume and i as well cannot change the screensaver and some other minor things and the screen doesnt seem to be scaled properly like its zoomed in or something. good to know im not the only person with this issue though.

No, I just can't change screensaver. No matter what I choose it's allways the razer icon.

Did you also encounter this issue only after updating the firmware to 1.6.3_r1?

Yes, just bought one yesterday. It worked fine out of the box. after the update this problem started.
