Kraken V4 Pro Power Issue

My headset said low battery,  so I charged it last night over night. (6ish hours)

Today red power light is there as normal when it is off but it will not power on. I've tried different charging cables and different charging ports, as well as verification that the cables and ports all work for other devices. 

How do I fix this?

    Not sure if you’ve fixed it already but my kraken v4 just did that, holding the two lower buttons for about thirty seconds turned the light off then I was able to turn the headset on like normal
