Kraken v4 pro Right ear audio is barely audible

Right side of my Kraken v4 Pro isn't working correctly. I've done many different updates (software and drivers). repaired any corrupted files on my OS. Also did a clean re-install of synapse. I've tested the audio with synapse on and off (not running in background) and still does not worked. The headset is less than a yr old, about 8 months old. I'm not sure if there is something i can do to try an fix it.

Thanks for alerting us about this and we’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Kraken V4 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
