Kraken V4 Pro - System Info Will not display on OLED

Hunteds911

I just bought the Kraken V4 Pro and tried to enable the SYSTEM INFO and get a message, “Your Selected Home Screen Display was not applied successfully to the device.” I get the option to revert or retry. Retry does attempt to re-apply it but the pop-up comes back and the only thing I can do is revert.

Anyone else able to get this to work?

I’ve got the exact same problem. Hope someone from Razer answers. 🙏

Same problem here too.  I’ve tried switching up the system info display configuration to try and isolate the issue, but they all always fail.

any progress? more and more people are reporting the same problem on various internet forums. Does Razer really have such a problem to issue an appropriate update and fix this problem?

Same here.

Everything was working fine and then one week later it isn’t. Rmad the unit and unfortunately the replacement had exactly the same problem. After 2 weeks of chatting with Razer support- all they said is that item might be faulty and i have to rma it again.

So, I updated to the latest firmware and still same error. They stated in the firmware OLED fixes and bug fixes but not sure what they fixed. lol

Looks like BlackWidow V4 Pro has the same issue with its OLED as well.

I had it for a short time fixed somehow- firmware update while disconnecting all devices except mice, also reinstalling synapse 4 and manually deleting all files from C drive. Received new headset that Razer send as rma as they are still convincing me that it is just faulty item even though it’s clearly firmware related. After testing new headset, it stopped working on both of them. Didn’t do anything else as will just wait for this firmware update fix.

I have the same issue after the firmware update. This is an expensive product, don’ they do QA?

Latest synapse update sorted the issue for me.
