Kraken V4 Pro will not open in Synapse 4

I’m sure I’m not the first person to post this, but I cannot find a solution that works and I’ve been dealing with this since September.

My Razer Synapse 4 will open my Basilisk V3 Pro, my BlackWidow V4 Pro, etc, without any delay.  I can open these items, click through the various settings, and change what I need.  When I try to open the settings on my Kraken V4 Pro however, the whole synapse software just freezes.  I may have to wait 20-30 minutes or more before the headset finally pulls up, and even then, if I switch between any of the tabs within the headset settings, it freezes, and I have to wait again!

I’ve tried uninstalling Synapse, even going in and making sure I deleted any leftover folders, and then reinstalling Synapse 4 again.  It doesn’t help.  The very first time I run a new install of Synapse 4, the headset settings respond quickly, and after that, the very first time I try to open those same settings again, I get the lag.

Really hoping someone has a way to fix this.  I’m at the point now where I’m ready to just give away all my peripherals and go buy Logitech stuff lol.  I use my headset for everything from work to gaming and need to switch my audio settings several times a day, and it takes literal hours for me to do so sometimes.
