Kraken V4 profile has disappeared, and I can no longer configure it.

For the past few days, nothing appears when I open the settings screen. My profiles have also disappeared. I've tried updating the firmware and reinstalling Synapse 4, but nothing has changed. Synapse detects it, sound is outputting, and the microphone is functioning. However, clicking the headset does not display anything in the settings screen.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Hey ​@Kaori_Mineshita,

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of the empty settings tab and your receipt/invoice so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
