Kraken V4 Solid green light after unplugging, won't turn on

Question

I have the Kraken V4 (not pro) wireless headset. Charge it using a USB charger only.Been fine since I got it but today after unplugging it to use, the green light for charging has stayed lit, and the headset will not respond to the usual power on/off button hold, and one of the other buttons have any effect either.It shows as disconnected in Synapse.Plugging back in to charge and plugging it into the PC directly via cable has not helped.I cannot find any reference of a hard reset button combination.Just wondering if anyone has any ideas before I resort to support chat?I’m hoping it might just discharge and shut down eventually but I don’t know how long that will take just from keeping one LED lit, and if it is a recurring issue I don’t like the idea of my headset being out of action for great swathes of time.

...nevermind. Tried holding down the power button again and it seems to have eventually worked. Don’t know it took 3 or 4 tries, though that button is quite finicky so maybe it just wasn’t pressed properly the first 3 times...
