I’m looking for some help with an issue I’m experiencing with my Razer Kraken V4, as it’s becoming extremely frustrating to use.
Issue 1: Audio Bleed / Echo
When I’m gaming or watching YouTube, other people on Discord can clearly hear my game audio, YouTube videos, or NPC dialogue through my microphone. The audio comes through crystal clear, almost as if I’m deliberately sharing my system audio — even though I’m not.
This happens even when:

I’m using push-to-talk off

The headset volume isn’t excessively high

No speakers are enabled (headset only)
Issue 2: Extremely High Microphone Sensitivity
The microphone sensitivity also seems wildly excessive:

People can hear my keyboard typing

Background noise like a TV in another part of the room

General room noise that shouldn’t realistically be picked up
I’ve tried lowering the mic volume, but even at very low levels it still picks up everything, and lowering it further makes my voice too quiet to be usable.
