I have tried Uninstaller synapse 4 and drivers and then reinstalling. Also I have tried updating firmware. Still sound only 1 ear.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
