Kraken V4. The left side is producing much more audio than the right.

These are brand new headphones that I had just bought. Fresh out of the box.

For about 10 minutes, they were working perfectly fine. However now, they seem to heavily unbalanced.

 

The left side is getting much more audio than the right. So much so, that it normally sounds like the right side is just completely disabled. I can only hear audio coming from it when doing the ‘Windows Audio Test’ thing. 

 

I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse. I’ve tried reinstalling the drivers. I’ve restarted my PC. Nothing has worked.

As for fixing the balancing, I have no idea how. No settings I change in Synapse seem to do anything. And the balancing settings I know of in Windows 11 (From the dropdown bar in Sound Settings under the Properties. And the Balance button from the ‘Levels’ tab from Control Panel.) are both completely missing.

I need help to fix this issue if anyone can please help.
