When I unplug my Razer Kraken V4 headset, YouTube freezes and does not load. My other problem is that the sound is better with a wired connection.

      Hello guys!

       

      Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
