Kraken V4 volume goes down while listen music

Hi everyone, 

i have this issue with my brand new Kraken V4, basically when i listen to some music with high bass the volume goes down, then it goes up again.

i tried to set something different with the equalizer in Razer Synapse and i noticed that if i put the bass frequences higher then usual (31Hz, 63Hz) this issue is worse, if i set the frequences to the minimum there is no issue.

another particular thing is that if I use the headset cabled this issue is less worse then used wireless.

i have all the drivers updated and i don’t use any other app on my pc for the sound, plus with other headset and speakers i don’t have this issue.

someone know how to solve this? as hip hop lover it is heartbreaking :)

UPDATE:

i set the general volume of the PC to 50%, then i set in windows mixer volume, the volume of windows media player to 30% instead of 100% and the issue is gone. Then i put the volume of WMP up the 50-60% and the issue comes back.

Seems that the volume is “limited” to not reach higher db

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
