I recently bought the kraken x and tried to enter the code that came with the 7.1 surround sound and it said it was invaild for some reason.

    Hello! Have you tried to enter the code using the English keyboard layout? Please PM me your device's serial number and scratch code to take a closer look at this concern. Let's pick up from there. Follow these steps to change your keyboard layout to English. Press the Windows key and the letter I ( Windows + I ) Click Time & language icon Click Region and Language on the left list Click Add a language Choose the language that you want to add
