Kraken X Activation Code

Hi, I just purchased a Kraken X headset and am trying to set up 7.1 surround sound via the 7.1 Surround Sound app. However, it's asking for my activation code--if that's different from the P/N and the S/N, where can I find my activation code? I really hope that wasn't in the box because that's gone now. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

My cousin buy a Razer Kraken Mercury and have a Activation Code included, i have a Razer Kraken Pro V2 but no Activation Code included? How can i use my sound surround software?

Well It's been days since the first and mine. Looks like we have no support with razer products so I will go to new brand. It's absurd to have activation for sound software as it is. They should have big RED LETTERS WARNING SAVE THIS CODE. We tossed out the box and my son had car accident shorty after. So it was 6 months before he got to use product. We been trying for a month to get these things to work. With no help.

hello everyone, i used to have the same problem as everybody here. in order to have your unique activation code, you have to register your razer product in their website first, then they will give your activation code through email.

Still can't use 7.1 Surround. Do not buy, Razer provides no tech support.

you have to register your razer products especially the headphones on their website https://razerid.razer.com/ first. after registering your headphones, they will send you the activation code via email

You should have gotten a code with the head set, it on a little card, it got a silver line on it, you need to remove the silver and the code is under it.
