I don't know if my headset is the problem or my computer but I am unable to use the microphone. I've done allt of the things that have been recommended on google but my computer wont even recognize the headset. All the videos I've watched when they open the sound and go to play back and recording it will show the kraken headset but mine shows neither on both. I have updated everything that I could and restarted my computer but it wont pop up.
