Kraken X headset microphone not working

Just pluged in the headset. Audio output worked fine but microphone didn't I have a laptop with a single audio port. How do i fix this?

Same here with my brand new Kraken X. Output is fine but mic not working on my windows 10 laptop with a single audio port. No luck so far.

I managed to fix the issue with Kraken X microphone not working by setting up a microphone through Microphone Setup Wizard (Control Panel\\All Control Panel Items\\Speech Recognition\\Setup a Microphone). Here are the detailed steps: 1. Go to Control Panel (click the Windows button and type "Control Panel" 2. Click on Speech Recognition 3. Click Set up microphone 4. Choose Headset Microphone 5. Click Next and follow the instructions Good luck!

I have a new Blackshark v2 X and the same problem, i tried everything and no luck so far.
