Boa noite! Comprei o Razer Kraken X lite semana passada pela internet e peguei ele hoje na transportadora. Instalei o software recomendado no código (surround sound) que veio na caixa e quando fui testar o microfone, a minha voz não saía, apenas dava para escutar um sussurros e reproduz as outras coisas que estão abertas no Pc (dando eco). Já testei com o microfone esticado e longe dos fones, mas mesmo assim o problema continua. alguém poderia me ajudar? Desde já, muito obrigado!

    I'm translating for him since I have the same issue. Good Night! I bought the Razor Kraken X Lite last week through the internet e got it today on the post mail. I installed the recommended software on the code (surround sound) that came in the box and when I tested the microphone, my voice didn't came through, I could only hear some whispers a it also reproduced other stuff that are open on the Pc(giving eco). I tested with the microphone stretched and far from the headphones, but the problem still perssists. Anyone cold help? Thanks!
