Kraken X Lite activation code is too short

i just bought a new Kraken X Lite headset, then i downloaded the 7.1 surround sound app, next i need the activation code so i found what i assume is the activation code and entered it into the app but its too short,

can anyone please help me?

Please PM me your headset's serial number and the email address associated with your device so I can check the information in our database. Please also check your email inbox for the correct 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.
