Kraken X Lite - where to activate in the 7.1 app? | Razer Insider

Hi,

I bought the Kraken X Lite headphones, found the activation code card and started to follow the steps.

After i install the 7.1 Surround Sound app and i log in, the window closes (but it remains in the toolbar) so there is not activation step.

If i right click on the icon from the toolbar i can only log out or exit, and if i left click on it, it opens the account settings in my browser. I tried to uninstall, delete the leftovers from programdata and reinstall it, same thing happens.

So i do not know how to get to activation window from the tutorial to activate the surround sound.

Please verify if your PC's firewall or antivirus is blocking any Razer-related files. You may check if the same behavior happens after downloading and installing the application to another computer.
