Kraken X Mic not working

So ive had my headset for a few months now, and i only just realized(dont ask me how i only just now realized it) that the mic i was using was from my laptop and not the headset. so when i went deeper into this to try and fix it, i found out that i dont even have the driver in order for my computer to even use the mic. Ive tried everything i have seen and non of it is working. If someone could help me out, that would be amazing! :)

    Can you check your Realtek audio console if it detects the mic? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your headset along with the screenshots of the Sound Control Panel and especially the recording tab. That way, I can verify its model and see everything from your perspective. Let's take it from there.

    The SN is (*Omitted) Realtek audio console does not detect the mic at all. Here is also the screenshot of the recording panel as well

    Ok, im not sure what i did, but i ended up restarting my computer and it seems to be working now? Again, im not quite sure what i did, but i think it might have been from my attempts from earlier in the day and i just had to restart my computer? But, in good news it seems to be working.
