Kraken X mic not working

A few days ago i bought the kraken X headphones and i have been having some issues.First of all the left earphone is louder then the right and whatever i hear from youtube or something it reflects the sound on my mic.My mic isnt working but when i talk to the earphones ONLY it works.I am new to this stuff and if someone could help with my situation i would really apreciate it.

That's weird. My guess is that this has something to do with your headset's driver. Let’s uninstall the headset drivers by doing the following: -Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar. -Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter. -Go to Audio Inputs and Outputs. -Right-click on your Razer headset and select Uninstall device. -To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer. -The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart.
