Hi, just bought a Kraken X USB, sounds great, but the microphone can barely be heard - I checked the synapse app, but under the sound tab there is no mic settings to change. - Also changed from windows sound settings the level to %100, but still the mic level is to low

Is the headset plugged directly into your PC, or are you using a USB hub? For now, try to plug it into one of the ports at the back of the computer, then send me a few sample recordings. That way, I can get a better understanding of the severity of the issue. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
