Ive just bought a headset about 2 months ago and i'm getrting a crackliong sound coming from the headset. volume is low but still have crackiling sound

    Does this happen with and without surround sound enabled? I'd appreciate it if you can send me all the troubleshooting that you've tried so far, and the serial number of the headset via PM. That way, we can skip as many redundancies as we can.
