[Kraken X USB] - mic stopped working

Hi Razer Community, Suddenly, my Razer Kraken X USB mic stopped working. I can listen to everything well with a high-quality sound and bass. This Headset only has one year. It's difficult to accept it's already damaged in an immaculate status. I already checked all audio settings and also tested in different computers. The result is always the same my mic doesn't work. Could you help me?

Were there any changes made to your system before the issue occurred? Let's try to fix this issue by following the steps on this page.
