Hi I buy Kraken X essential 2Hand (about 22usd) but it No box ,No code I can’t to activate this sw razer 7.1 I ask to razer Thailand facebook they answer me. “ u can buy this software in 19.90usd Whatttt!!!! ( kraken x new product in shop about 30usd) but !!! 2222 This zone , Thailand can’t buy it Whatttttt i use Kraken Basilisk , Kraken black window 2 - 3 I don’t know to about this How I can do it ?

    As much as I would like to help you out, but there's nothing much that I can do. Second-hand headsets are not eligible for code generation requests. You will want to ask the previous owner/seller if he already used the code on his account. Should you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to send me a message. I'll lock this thread now.
