i put in the support ticket a month ago. 2 weeks ago they got back to me asking me for proof of purchase. it has now been more than 2 weeks since i have given proof of purchase. the headset was purchased directly from razer's website.



can literally anyone PLEASE im begging you update my support ticket. its really frustrating buying a new product having it die immediately and then the company goes MIA.
