KVM-Switch hotkey not working when Synapse active

Hi community, I have a PWAY HDMI USB2.0 KVM Switch for 2 PCs and 2 Monitors. My keyboard is a Razer Ornata V2 and my mouse is a Razer Basilisk V3. For some nice color lighting and a few key bindings I installed Razer Synapse. But when Synapse is running I loose the hotkey feature of my KVM Switch. With Synapse not running I can switch my KVM channels with the hotkeys. It is also doesn't matter if I use crtl+crtl+1 2 or scrollLock+scrollLock+1 2. Is there any setting or workaround so I can use Synapse and the hotkey feature of my KVM Switch? Or do I need to buy another KVM Switch that is compatible with Synapse? Thanks for answers bloodline

The Synapse application will be prioritized by the Razer peripherals in this set up hence, the hotkey of the KVM switch app will not work.
