Kyo Pro mic can stop working during meeting

Hi everyone, 

Sometimes I got my mic stop working during a meeting. 

That happen with google meet ( with MS edge ), Zoom or Teams. I am under windows 10. 

It used to work perfectly, but for about couples of month, I got this random behaviour. 
To get it back, I need either to stop the call and re-enter in the call, or to select another mic and select back the Kiyo Pro

I am windows OS 10 and up to date to any update. 

Is there a solution ?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
