Lags on my Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2

Why does the backlight lag? Reinstalling software does not help, now I use Synapse 2, I tried for 3, the lags did not go away. But if I remove the software, the backlight will not lag :/ Installing a Razer Surround does not help either.

    It is most likely Razer Synapse communicating with the keyboard. The lag could be due to a high CPU or RAM usage from the program. Another issue could be the connection between the Keyboard and the system.

    I have intel pentium g4560 and 8 gb ram

    Is the keyboard plugged directly into the case/motherboard? or are you using a USB hub maybe?

    The keyboard is connected to the motherboard

    Try and Uninstall Synapse. Once done go to %appdata% and make sure that all razer and chroma files are deleted. Once that is done reinstall synapse 2 and update it. Once done restart the system and see if the issue works.
