Lancehead 2 colors on static

Hello. I have a Razer Lancehead TE which I purchased in February (last month). When I put the chroma settings on static, lets say pink for example, it will light up pink on the sides and blue on the scroll wheel and Razer logo. The same happens with other colors too... instead of it being one color on static settings, it will be two. I would like to have it be just one color, not two and I don't know how to resolve the issue. Are there any ways to fix this?
