I have already deleted anything Riot games/ Vanguard related, reinstalled synapse 3 and 4, and updated the drivers

Lancehead is not registering for anything on razer synapse 3 what do I do?
+1Try doing clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- (OPTIONALLY) You can use CCleaner to cleanup the Windows registry (do a registry backup before cleaning!)
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
