Lancehead is not registering for anything on razer synapse 3 what do I do?

I have already deleted anything Riot games/ Vanguard related, reinstalled synapse 3 and 4, and updated the drivers

Try doing clean reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. (OPTIONALLY) You can use CCleaner to cleanup the Windows registry (do a registry backup before cleaning!)
  4. Then restart your PC
  5. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
