So... received a replacement dongle (after jumping through hoops). Tried pairing the new lancehead wireless dongle but... no go... it would not allow me to get past the first step of the pairing, stating to plug the USB wireless dongle into your PC (tried on 3 different systems and still nothing). Troubleshot everything with Razer once more (again, having to jump through hoops repeatedly. And was eventually sent an additional dongle and yet... now upon trying to pair them once more... I still can't make it past the first step in the pairing process... Both computers recognize the dongle when slotted into a USB, but the pairing utility refuses to acknowledge it is plugged in...



At this point, I am now assuming the pairing utility is just broken and I honestly cannot fathom having to deal with their customer service once more to troubleshoot and resolve this...
