Lancehead Synapse Problems.

Hey All, I was wondering how to fix an annoying issue i have been having only razer synapse 3.0. The only version seems to work fine but has its own annoying issues. I changed back to 3.0 but it seems whenever my mouse is in charging/wired mode razer synapse does not pick up the device. But when i unplug it and run it wirelessly synapse picks up fine. Im using a standard Razer Lancehead.
