Lancehead vs Synapse 3 - won't take "Advanced Effects"

Hey all, I have the following set up: Ornata + Firefly (hard) + RB 15 2019 RTX 2060 + Lancehead My problem is that I can only use "Quick Effects" on the Lancehead, which effectively change ALL OTHER DEVICES. Every time I try to apply "Advanced Effects" using Chroma Studio , all other devices work, but the Lancehead goes black (no lights, mouse still works) Any thoughts? The Lancehead is on the latest firmware. I already tried repairing and reinstalling Synapse 3 altogether. I would assume it is supported by Synapse 3, since their own webpage's main picture, is Chroma Studio with a ... wait for it, LANCEHEAD! (https://www.razer.com/synapse-3)
