My razerbook 13 will not light back up after I shut the lid all of the sudden. I have to reboot. I have restored the battery settings to default, but it has not changed anything. HELP!

Did you already try the steps here? If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other workarounds to help you address the problem.
