My laptop touchpad is pretty hard to click and bump a little bit on the corner from the first day I bought it. I thought it is how it works so I did not pay attention to that. But then it started to bump up more so yesterday I opened the back to check. Then I found that my battery pack balloons pretty bad. After I remove it, it is the first time for me to use the touchpad like now, so I am pretty sure the battery had the problem from the beginning. Here is my question:
1. I am not on my warranty anymore, but I am pretty sure this problem exists from the beginning. Is there any possibility to to replace it?

Battery pack is installed right under the trackpad, without the battery you may have more room for clicking it if the battery was placed too tight. It doesn’t mean it has bulged from first time, if it’s it would be ballooned like maybe under a month if you use (charge) continuously. Lithium Battery is consumable product, on some point it wears after that swelling might happen, heat can make the wear process faster.
There’re 3 parties selling Blade batteries if you don’t want to send it in, but I’d recommend to contact support, rise ticket and send it in for repair for better and more accurate replacement.
