Laptop battery no longer works - Razer blade pro (*Product # is omitted for security purposes)

A few months ago I noticed my laptop was no longer sitting flat, after inspecting it I noticed the battery location was inflated. I brought it to my local computer repair shop where they repaired the laptop but there was a problem that the laptop did not identify the new battery (it would not show the battery percentage). Now the battery doesn't even work (it was an OEM battery). I'm very disappointed yet I'm willing to buy a battery from razer if possible and if they provide installation instructions I can probably do it myself. please help. Anas

    Hey Anas! Sorry to hear about what happened to our laptop even after bringing it to a local tech.     The same problem happen to me, after 1 year working fine I noticed my battery started to inflate, but now it’s been 2 months and I still can’t use my computer because Razer still messing around with my shipping label. I don’t know if they doing this on purpose but they can’t write my address correctly
