Laptop - Black Screened and no longer able to power on

Order #(remvoed) - I recently received my New Razer 18 on the order number above - It is/was the top of the line model 5090 4 TB 64 GB Ram, etc... after using it for a few months it simply black screened on me. I order a new power pack and that wasn’t the issue. My only thought now is perhaps the battery needs to be replaced ? Am I able to order a new battery directly from Razer ? I did not buy the extended warranty. I have been a loyal Razer customer for years and have had ZERO issues with all the models I have purchased over the years. I appreciate any help/guidance you can give me.

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Blade 18 showing black screen. Is the laptop receiving power? Do the power indicator lights turn on? Does the keyboard backlight turn on when you press the power button? Have you recently installed any new hardware or made physical changes to the laptop? Have you tried the following steps here to troubleshoot the issue?
