Laptop Closing Lid Issues

Hi, I have a Razer Blade 15 and I have my power settings for "Closing the lid" set to "Do Nothing" for both on battery and plugged in, so my screen does turn off when I close the lid and laptop still functioning but when I open the lid back up, the screen never turns back on but the laptop is still functioning. I know this is the case because first of all keyboard light is on without me needing to do anything else and also when I force my laptop to hibernate through power button and turn it back on, the progress from before is saved. A similar situation also happens when I change the “Closing the lid” setting to “Sleep”, when I open the lid back up I can see that my Windows Hello Face Recognition is trying to scan me because of the red light flashing but the screen again never turns on. This remains to be the case until I force the laptop to hibernate or do a hard reset. Any support would be appreciated.

Thanks for the detailed info. Have you tried checking for some OS updates? Let me know via PM along with your Razer Blade’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can try. Looking forward to your response!
