Laptop keyboard malfunction rendering laptop unuseabe | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
So I turned my laptop (Razer Blade 15) on yesterday, and it is typing 1234 on repeat ad infinitum as if the buttons are being held down. Because of this I cannot even login to disable the internal keyboard, so the laptop is unusueable. Even loading command prompt has this same issue. I took off the key caps to check there was no grit lodged underneath (one of which snapped the support for in the process!) and there wasn't.

Pretty ticked off honestly. I got the laptop 17 months ago, so it's out of warranty, but if it can't be easily fixed then that's a poor state of affairs for such an expensive piece of kit.

Any suggestions?
