Laptop keyboard Symbols buttons, randomly incorrect

Hi, Im hoping someone can advise me here. I have a razer blade 15. Maybe 7months old. Something odd is happening at real random times. I'll need to name something with and underscore_, but it will give me an = symbol instead. The only way to fix this is by restarting. Its only a new problem, but its starting, make me kinda mad... Anyone else had this issue? Cheers Craig

    Does it behave without Synapse in the background? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following this guide. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your laptop. I can use it to verify its model and look for a way to fix this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
